The Bridge to What’s Next | Wisdom, Wealth, and Wellness

Good morning, good afternoon, good evening, depending on the part of the world you’re in, this is Jonathan Satovsky of Satovsky Asset Management.

A little bridge view behind me. And on this episode of Seeking Wisdom, Wealth, and Wellness, I want to talk about the bridge to what’s next.

At the moment, we’re in the midst of a transition. Some people accept the transition and change with enthusiasm, and some not so much. What is this transition? Well, we’re coming out of COVID, and coronavirus, lockdowns are reestablished, the Federal Reserve is tightening money supply, there are midterm elections this year, the market’s been up very fast for a couple of years, and people are anticipating a decline in spite of the fact that many high-flying NASDAQ stocks are down over 50%.

This last year, Berkshire Hathaway was up with cryptocurrencies down, so an old stodgy value investor finally gets his moment to do his thing — ignoring all the love affair and fascination with the latest, greatest fad. And just stick to your same process and principles through thick and thin, and things work themselves out. A good reminder from one of the wisest investors of the last century.

But the bridge is to continue to look forward, and to continue to take the next right step to move forward to the next chapter in financial planning and in life, and for your next generations. Be mindful about that in your own path to Wisdom, Wealth, and Wellness. For whatever comes next, appreciate it with gratitude.

Have a great day.
