Bo Lan
Bo supports the firm in his role as Investment Analyst by applying a sharp mind, genuine can-do spirit, and analytical expertise to investment research, trading, and portfolio management. At Satovsky Asset Management, Bo is known for his generous smile and growth mindset, always focused on building better solutions for our clients and Satovsky’s long-term future.
Having joined Satovsky as an intern in 2013, Bo came on board as a full-time team member in 2015 after completing his studies at New York University, where he graduated with a B.S. in Finance and Statistics.
Bo grew up in South Florida rooting for the Miami sports teams, primarily the Miami Heat and Miami Dolphins. He enjoys reading (mainly sci-fi/fantasy novels) and volunteering with New York Cares.
What has driven you to your current career path?
I had an affinity for math and statistics growing up, so I was always naturally interested in markets and investing. I grew up with parents who taught me the importance of saving and investing, but I don’t think I appreciated their guidance enough until I experienced it firsthand during 2008. Wanting to help people through times like those really guided my decision to pursue this career path.

Be a good human – get the easy stuff right!
