In this episode of Seeking Wisdom, Wealth, and Wellness, the topic I wanted to broach is how to stay positive and optimistic when things aren’t working. When people around you are suffering, having challenges, having difficulty, markets are swooning, things are under high stress and high pressure, whether it’s personally, physically, financially.
You know what? My tip for the day is to focus on one thing you can control. For me, comes back to the simple blessing of your breath. The ability to take a deep breath as long as you can take a breath, and you’re breathing, you got something to celebrate.
Build off the little things, and try to do something to make someone else laugh, smile, give someone a hop or perspective, or a hop in their step. Make a little contribution to someone else’s life, and just take it one day at a time on your path to Wisdom, Wealth, and Wellness. And smile.
