Reflecting on my journey since I entered the financial services industry back in 1993 at age 22, I can’t stress enough the importance of trust, knowledge, and judgment. Trust isn’t granted; it’s earned through consistent actions and reliability. Over the years, I’ve come to see the immense value of building lifetime relationships by being a knowledgeable and trusted advisor. It’s not just about knowing the answers, but also about having the wisdom to ask the right questions and the judgment to make sound decisions, even when outcomes are uncertain.
