Alicia serves as the Head of Operations, responsible for managing all aspects of Human Resources, Business Administration, and Office Management. Since joining the firm in 2014, she has grown considerably and has been instrumental in building out SAM’s internal operations department while continuously working to ensure a seamless and memorable client experience.  

Alicia began her career in financial services at Capital One, where she supported client account management and excelled in customer service. She holds a Bachelor of Arts and is currently a member of Vistage Worldwide Emerging Leaders Group. 

Outside of the office, Alicia enjoys being active and can be found hiking, snowboarding, participating in Spartan races, and coaching her son’s soccer team. Alicia also has a passion for drawing, playing the piano, and cooking.
